F45 Kwun Tong‘s 6 Major Classes

HIIT​

Built around 45 minutes, this class uses a variety of functional movements to efficiently burn fat while improving cardiovascular fitness and overall conditioning. The movements are guided by both the screen and the trainer, making it suitable for all levels, especially for those who want maximum training results in a short time.

Hyrox Training

This class combines running and strength training, simulating elements from international Hyrox competitions, including sled pushes and pulls, rowing, and carries. Although it is highly challenging, the coach adjusts the workout based on each participant’s level, making it ideal for beginners who want to start building full-body fitness step by step.

Weighted Muscle Building

Focused on muscle growth and strength development, this class uses progressive resistance training and professional guidance to help improve body definition and build a strong foundation. Cardio Fat Burn

Yoga
