Hyrox Training Class

Hyrox training combines running and functional fitness, requiring a full-body focus on endurance, strength, and speed. First, become familiar with the eight movement stations in a Hyrox race: running, SkiErg, sled push, sled pull, burpee broad jumps, farmer’s carry, rowing machine, and wall balls.
Then, create a training plan with 3–5 sessions per week that includes cardio, endurance, and weight training, while also simulating race intensity. Finally, remember to focus on core stability and proper technique to avoid injury.
